Let’s talk about
your priorities.
Whether you want a fresh look at the business, more consistent service, stronger onboarding or better systems, we can work out a practical starting point.

Your business.
Your priorities.
Tell me about your venue, what is working well and what needs attention. The first call is a chance to understand the priorities and discuss how I can help.
We can choose one of the defined review packages or discuss a tailored scope for your group. Any implementation or ongoing advice is quoted separately.
Which review should I choose?
The Business Health Check is a focused review of supplied trading information and management priorities. The Systems & Workflow Review covers POS, stock, reservations, rostering and accounting. The Full Venue Business Review includes a broader operational assessment and one on-site service observation. We can talk through which fits before you commit.
What does it cost?
The initial 20-minute conversation is free. The Business Health Check is $950, the Systems & Workflow Review is $1,500 and the Full Venue Business Review is $3,500. All prices are in NZD and include GST. Each package covers one venue. See the full inclusions and scope.
Do I have to commit to further work?
No. Your review provides advice and recommendations you can act on with your team. Implementation and ongoing support are separate decisions, with a scope and quote agreed beforehand.
What is quoted separately?
Implementation, systems upgrades, new training manuals, service improvement programmes, group reviews and ongoing advisory are quoted to scope. Travel outside an agreed local area, software, hardware and third-party costs are identified before you commit.
Do I need to change my software?
Not necessarily. We look at your existing tools, how they are used and whether better routines or configuration could address the problem. Before a major upgrade, a Systems & Workflow Review is normally the best starting point.
How much time will my team need?
We agree that before starting. Reviews need a decision-maker, the relevant information and time with the owner or manager. Implementation may also need team input, testing and training. We plan around your trading needs.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Business health checks, systems reviews, advisory discussions and manager workshops can be delivered remotely. The Full Venue Business Review includes one on-site service observation. Other on-site work and travel are agreed in advance.
How long does the work take?
We agree timing once the scope, information and availability are clear. Suitable, prepared systems projects can target ten business days after access and data are ready. Service improvement and team development projects follow a plan suited to the operation.
